App Store Asset Submission Checklist

A repeatable final review for icons, feature graphics, screenshots, file rights, and store-specific requirements.

Check file quality

Review every export at 100% zoom and at a small preview size. Look for blur, unexpected transparency, stray borders, bad crops, compression artifacts, and unreadable text.

Confirm the dimensions, format, and orientation requested by the store. Strong artwork can still fail when its file settings are wrong.

Check product accuracy

Make sure each image matches the build you submit. Do not show planned features that are unavailable, and update assets when important navigation, branding, or product behavior changes.

Captions should clarify a benefit rather than create urgency with unverified claims.

Check rights and accessibility

Verify rights to every logo, photograph, font, illustration, and screenshot. Maintain contrast, avoid tiny embedded text, and do not depend on color alone to communicate the main point. Keep masters, source captures, copy, exports, and dates together for future updates.

Google Play requirements can change. Verify current details in the official Play Console preview-assets guidance and in your Play Console before publishing.
